This department specializes in the evaluation of experts opinion according to Act No. 86/2002 Coll. This department is represented by Ing. Hana Geiplova.

Withing the framework of Act for the protection of atmosphere 86/2002 Coll., SVUOM provides:

• expert opinion for the issuing of permission for the placement of building-sites that are particularly large, large, or medium sized stationary sources of pollution
• expert opinion for the issuing of building-sites permissions that are particularly large, large, or medium sized stationary sourced and for their changes
• expert opinion for the issuing of permission for the introduction of particularly large, large and medium sized stationary sources into a testing and also permanent operation
• performance of operational and emergency regulations according to Act No. 86/2002 Coll.
• elaboration of operation instructions according to § 11, paragraph 2, Act No. 86/2002 Coll.:
